Q: What happens when I contact you?
A: We'll ask you a few quick questions to determine the merit of your claim. Then we'll tell you how much compensation you could expect, how long the case may take to resolve, and what to do next.

Q: Will Applebys accept cases from anywhere in the UK?
A. Yes. We're based in Yorkshire but represent clients and work with specialists throughout the UK.

Q: How much must I pay to get started?
A. Nothing. All costs will be covered by Applebys.

Q: Will the case take much of my time?
A: No. Applebys handles all aspects of your claim from start to finish. We also provide you with written monthly status reports about the progress of your case.

Q: Must I go to court?

Q: What if my employer has gone out of business?
