Helen is the Head of Applebys very successful Professional Negligence Department which deals with claims where a person has been the victim of a negligent level of service from a professional advisor.

This can include solicitors, barristers, financial advisors, accountants, architects, surveyors, estate agents and bankers. This can also include compensation sought from a personal injury lawyer if the compensation received was too low.

Helen read Law with Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire and then the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Helen is a qualified solicitor and lives in Oldham. Helen enjoys travel, walking and cooking.
