MARGARET HARVEY

Margaret is a Solicitor in the Huddersfield Office where she specialises in medical and dental compensation claims. Margaret also undertakes cases in commercial law and civil litigation.

Margaret trained as a lawyer in Zimbabwe where she dealt with many different aspects of law from conveyancing and probate to civil litigation before specialising in personal injury. Margaret's legal career started in 1975 when she worked for the Ministry of Justice. In addition, she has worked for two private practices in Harare. Margaret has both an LLB and an LLM from the University of South Africa.

Margaret’s specialism in clinical negligence matters means she has recovered substantial compensation for thousands of clients who have been the victim of clinical or dental negligence.

Margaret lives in Derbyshire with her three children and young grandson.
